The Cookhouse is a brother & sister run business based in Hampshire. We (Ashley & Danielle) worked together for 16 years at our family run pub, The Maypole, Hayling Island where we always cooked with a focus on fresh, local and homemade food.

And now with the same focus on quality, fresh, home cooked and (where possible) local food, with influences from all over the world we’ve taken our style of cooking on the road.

We’re really excited about The Cookhouse, cooking the food we love; and being out and about.
