  • Cookhouse Gift Cards are redeemable online at thecookhousestreetfood.co.uk or at our food truck, for any food, merch, or future Vault drops.

  • Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Cards are delivered digitally by email with instructions for use — no physical card is sent.

  • Each Gift Card is single-use only and must be redeemed in one transaction.

  • Discount codes and promotions can’t be used to buy gift cards, but gift cards can be used to purchase discounted items.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or deleted gift cards can be resent — just contact us at hello@thecookhousestreetfood.co.uk.
